Payment and Shipping
Flat rate postage & handling within Australia now $11. At christmas time all parcels are sent registered post to allow for tracking should it be required. Postage is refunded for orders of $150 or more.
Postage for overseas orders will be calculated on receipt of order and you will be notified of postage options and rates by return email.

Paying by credit card?

You can pay with your credit card (Visa or Mastercard) using PayPal. Using your credit card over the internet with Paypal is straightforward and secure. Even if you do not have a PayPal account you can securely place your order online using your credit card. Just follow the instructions as you walk through the checkout. Or you may choose to ring us with your order & arrange payment.
Paying by Direct Deposit?

1. Contact us by email or phone with your postal address and a list of the products and quantities you would like to buy.
2. We will then provide you with our bank details and the total cost of your order. This will include the flat rate $11 postage & handling charge.
3. Once we have received the transfer from your financial institution into our account we will pack and then ship the items to you. Enjoy!
Paying by Money Order?
Not comfortable with electronic payments? That’s ok, you are not alone. We are happy to receive payment by money order. This will take a little longer to process as we are not able to pack or post your order until the money is received in our account.
FREIGHT
Currently we send our products to you through Australia Post.
Within Australia we will dispatch your order using Regular Post or on request (and additional charge of $5) we will use Express Post. When using Express post you will usually receive your parcel the next day after we post it if you are within the Express Post Network! Within the Perth Metropolitan area even Regular Post gets there very quickly.... this can also be the next day if we get it away early enough.
We ask that you allow 2 – 3 days for dispatch once your order and payment has been received by us.
Postage overseas is also through Australia Post and depending on your selection (SEA or AIR) will determine how long it takes to reach you and at what cost. We will provide you with a separate PayPal Invoice for your shipping costs and once payment is received we will dispatch your order.
